Toni Cipriani, who's been out of the city after doing some dirty jobs, returns to the city and to the Leone family, only to discover he's been replaced for someone younger, and apparently, better than him.
The scene in question is 1998, Liberty City is in a big war of gangs and the Mafias, especially the Leones.
